Returns & Refunds
We will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of your receipt. Invoice or tags must still be attached, and the merchandise must be in new saleable condition. Please send an email to email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a return authorization number. Mail your return to the following:

Include in your package the item or items, the original invoice, and the return authorization number. Potty Boss cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transport. We recommend that you ship your packages with a carrier that allows you to track and confirm delivery. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping and handling. Please allow up to three weeks for your credit to be processed. We only apply a refund to the credit card used by the original purchaser for a return.
New merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of your receipt. If you have received a gift, you may return it for an exchange. Please follow the process described above for refunds. Inventory cannot be guaranteed to be available. We may, at our discretion, substitute a similar color or issue a refund in place of an exchange. Exchanges may be subject to reshipment charges to cover shipping cost.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that it has not yet shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Returns & Refund policy above.
If an item is on back order, we will notify you via email. When the item becomes available, we will fulfill your order.
In the event you receive any defective merchandise from the manufacturer, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction, however at our discretion we will replace the merchandise or refund your purchase original purchase price.
Claims must be made within 15 days of original receipt. Please contact customer service for more information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Delivery 3-5 weeks from order date during Pre-Launch.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
The following carrier is used to deliver our orders.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order this includes:
Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address, and Credit Card Information.
In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
